This is done through a USDA Commodity Supplemental Food Program that provides a monthly nutritious food box to the elderly. Once a month Holy Family volunteers pick up the boxes of food at Catholic Charities in Lawrence and delivers these to the Holy Family parish office. A volunteer then delivers the box to eligible individuals in their home. This ministry assists individuals who may be home bound or unable to drive to Lawrence.
