our mission
As a growing community of disciples we are called to bring the love and compassion of Jesus by our ministry, worship and hospitality. As a community of faith we are first and foremost nurtured by the meal that we receive at the Eucharistic table.
There will be no religious ed classes on October 25 so everyone can participate in Trunk or Treat after the 9:30 am Liturgy. Grab your costumes, decorate your car, stock up on treats and get ready for some Halloween fun!
We encourage everyone, whether you live in Eudora, Linwood, De Soto, or elsewhere, to come together as one parish family and enjoy the fellowship. There will be no Saturday liturgy or confessions at Holy Family in Eudora on November 7th. Instead, we invite everyone to join us in De Soto as we celebrate together. Please email the parish office with the number of people who will attend so we can get a good number for the liturgy and the meal.
Remembering Our Own
November is a sacred month in the life of the Church, a time when we remember and pray for those we love who have gone before us in faith. Throughout the month of October, our Book of Remembrance will be available in the narthex. We will celebrate the Solemnity of All Saints at the 4:00 PM liturgy on Saturday, October 31, and the 9:30 AM liturgy on Sunday, November 1.
